Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Aluma. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't share credentials.

• Aluma is available on a free plan and on paid plans. The free plan needs no card and includes a daily limit on study-tool requests.
• Paid plans add higher daily limits and additional features. Paid plans are not open for purchase during the open beta; when they open, they renew monthly or annually until cancelled.
• We may change plan limits and features with notice.
• Professional and above may include a 7 day free trial (available when paid plans open); you'll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Aluma is a study aid. Don't use it to cheat in violation of your school's policies, to break the law, to harass others, or to generate harmful content. You are responsible for how you use the output.

Responses are generated by AI and may be wrong. Verify important information. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on AI output.

We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
