First sentence: what you want. I'll read the rest, but lead with the verb.
- 02Skip the NDA dance.
If you can't share it openly, send a 2-line teaser. I'll sign things when there's a reason to.
- 03One thread per topic.
Easier for me to route, easier for you to track. New ask, new email.
- 04Time sensitive? Say so.
Mark deadlines in the subject. I honor them when I can, and I'm honest when I can't.
